Availability is real (calendar free/busy ∩ your hours) — it never books a taken or closed time.

Set it up

1. Connect a calendar in Integrations (Google Calendar, Outlook / Microsoft 365, or Cronofy; Cal.com is also supported).
2. On the Agent screen, set your default appointment length — Neuros books this long by default and won’t offer overlapping times.
3. (Optional) Turn on manual booking confirmation to get a text summary of each booking to approve before it’s final.

How Neuros books

• It checks your real availability and offers open slots.
• It avoids double-booking by respecting your appointment length and existing events.
• It can reschedule or cancel when those actions are enabled for your calendar.
• It can text the caller a confirmation (with the date and time) when SMS is enabled.
