Call Map

The Call Map is an editable, visual flow that guides every call. You build it from connected nodes — a greeting, an intent router, knowledge answers, capture steps, connector actions, transfers, and an end. Neuros follows the map as guidance while still reasoning naturally with each caller (it’s not a rigid phone tree).

  1. Start with a draft. Use Generate to get an AI-drafted starter map (or a template), then edit it — or build from scratch by adding nodes from the palette.

  2. Add and connect nodes. Pick node types from the Add node palette and drag between nodes to connect them. Select any node to edit its label and settings.

  3. Watch validation. The editor flags problems live — for example a missing start node or a dead end. Errors must be fixed before you can publish; warnings are advisory.

  4. Test it before going live. In the Test panel you can talk to your draft agent in the browser (you play the caller) or do a quick text dry-run by typing a caller message.

  5. Publish. Saving keeps a draft; Publish makes a new version that governs live calls.
