Per-action controls

Every connector lists the actions Neuros can perform with it, and you choose which ones to allow. So Neuros only ever does what you’ve turned on.

Always-on calendar actions

For a connected calendar, these are always available:

• Check open slots
• Book appointments
• Reschedule
• Cancel

Actions you can toggle

These are off until you enable them per connector:

• Look up returning customers
• Capture new leads
• Update contacts
• Create follow-up tasks
• Send deposit links
• Text the caller

Behind-the-scenes actions

Some actions are always on because they keep your records straight, like writing the call back to your tools and warm transfer to a human.

Toggling an action here changes what Neuros can do on a call and what an Action node can use in your Call Map. Turn on what you need before relying on it in a flow.
