Billing
The Billing screen shows your plan and usage, and is where you manage payment.
A usage bar shows minutes used against your plan’s included minutes, with an estimate of minutes (and calls) remaining. You can choose how to handle going over:
- Hard cap on — at 100% of your minutes, new calls ring your phone instead of the AI, so there’s no surprise overage.
- Hard cap off — calls keep being answered and overage is billed per minute.
Plan, trial & payment
Section titled “Plan, trial & payment”- See your current plan and switch between Starter, Accel, and Scale at any time (changes are prorated).
- During your 14-day free trial, you’ll see how many days are left.
- Add or update your card, and open the secure payment portal to manage it.
- Invoices appear here after your first payment.
