Pricing & credits
CoveCall is pay-as-you-go — no monthly plan, no contract. Every new account starts with $10 of free credit; after that you’re billed $0.15 per minute for calls the AI answers, and you top up whenever you like. Credit never expires. Manage it all on the Billing screen.
How it’s billed
Section titled “How it’s billed”- $0.15 / minute of connected call time the AI handles, billed in 6-second increments (rounded up).
- $10 free credit on signup — enough to set up and test your agent by voice, no card required.
- In-app tests and “have Neuros do it” changes are metered too, at just a few cents — so self-serve editing feels basically free.
Top-ups & auto-reload
Section titled “Top-ups & auto-reload”Add credit in $25 / $50 / $100 packs (or a custom amount) with a card, via secure Stripe checkout. Turn on auto-reload to top up automatically when your balance dips below a threshold, so your line never goes quiet — it’s off by default, and every charge is receipted.
If your balance runs out
Section titled “If your balance runs out”At $0, calls pause cleanly and we let you know — nothing is ever charged past your balance. Add credit (or enable auto-reload) and you’re live again immediately.
Everything’s included
Section titled “Everything’s included”There are no tiers or feature gates. Every account gets the whole product — 24/7 answering, booking, spam screening, live transfer, team routing, integrations, both voice styles, and your own local or toll-free number. You only pay for the minutes you use.
The one-time registration fee
Section titled “The one-time registration fee”Depending on your region, activating a phone number may require a one-time registration (a small fee plus carrier sign-up). It’s separate from your usage, and CoveCall prompts you when it applies — see Registration & consent.
