Settings
Open Settings from your account menu (bottom of the navigation). It covers your business details, your personal profile, security, and notifications.
Business profile
Section titled “Business profile”Your business name, type, description, about (services and policies), address, website, contact phone (for alerts and transfers), timezone, and team size.
Your profile
Section titled “Your profile”Your name, email, and an avatar color.
Security
Section titled “Security”- Authenticator app (TOTP) — add a second factor with an app like Google Authenticator or 1Password.
- Passkeys — sign in with Face ID, Touch ID, or a security key.
- Login codes — one-time email and SMS codes are always available.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”Choose what reaches you: SMS alerts for urgent calls, an email summary of each call, a daily digest, or only flagged calls.
Danger zone
Section titled “Danger zone”Delete account permanently removes your business, numbers, and call data.
