Team
The Team screen is where you bring people into CoveCall and decide who can do what.
There are three built-in roles:
- Owner — full access.
- Admin — manage the team, call settings, and escalation rules.
- Agent — read-only access to calls and the team list.
Inviting and managing people
Section titled “Inviting and managing people”Invite a teammate by email and pick their role; they show as invited until they accept. For each person you can turn SMS and email alerts on or off, and change or remove them at any time.
