The Billing screen shows how many minutes you’ve used against your plan, with an estimate of minutes — and calls — remaining.

What happens at your limit

You choose how going over is handled:

• Hard cap on — at 100% of your minutes, new calls ring your phone instead of the AI. No surprise overage.
• Hard cap off — calls keep being answered and overage bills at $0.45/min.

Tip

There’s also an extended usage option on the Agent screen: if you pass your minutes, Neuros keeps answering and the overage is invoiced at end of day — so you never drop a live call.

Stay ahead of it

• Watch the usage bar on Billing for minutes used and remaining.
• Keep an eye on the Minutes used card on your Overview.
• Turn on notifications in Settings so call activity reaches you by SMS, email, or a daily digest.

Note

If you’re regularly near your limit, moving up a plan is usually cheaper than steady overage. Compare plans on Plans & usage.
